Most engagements start with a Tech Strategy Review: a few weeks of short, candid stakeholder conversations, ending with a business-ready roadmap that calls out the risks, the opportunities, and the next three things worth doing.
From there, we stay involved as long as it’s useful — fractional CIO coverage, AI program delivery, vendor reviews, team coaching. The point is leverage, not hours billed.

His career spans global IT scaling, M&A integration, and AI/data platform delivery. He holds a Bachelor of IT (Honours) from Monash and a Master of Management (Technology) from Melbourne Business School.
